Control C

In a world where a majority of people have superpowers, one stands above the rest. He is Control C. His backstory is similar to most other people’s. He was born and named Ben Adams. He went through testing for superpowers at the age of 4; the usual age of power development. When his mother brought him in, the doctors found that he had inherited the same powers as his mother. They thought nothing more of it since it was common for children to have similar powers as their parents. Ben’s powers got more suspicious when he would come home from school with different ones each day. His mother sent him back to the doctors to get tested more thoroughly. They found that his power was not what they had observed previously. The first test had suggested that he had inherited powers from his mother, but it was something else that made it seem that way. He was actually born with special Stem cells that had the ability to copy others abilities. That was the last time he ever needed to go to see the doctor.

Ben never missed a day of school. He was never sick, which enabled him to

learn everything he could in school. He excelled in all his courses, especially hero work. He grew to the point where he could have up to three copied powers at a time. He was able to defeat other people by exploiting the weaknesses in their powers. He quickly became one of the most respected heros on the planet, going by the name Control C. Naturally he fueled the villain's passions to take over the world. One unknown vilain

developed a plan to defeat him by using a virus. He realized that he wouldn’t be able to defeat him physically, so he created a virus that he couldn’t physically combat.

The virus spread quickly across the entire globe through coughing and sneezing and everyone was put into a panic. It stayed on surfaces for what seemed like an eternity. The virus quickly turned into a pandemic. Control C was happy with the temporary decrease in public crime, but couldn’t help but feel useless to the people he protected. “There has to be some way to help my community and the world in this hard time”, He thought. Then he had an idea. He remembered how he had never been sick before and combined this with his knowledge of science. He thought to himself, “what if I copy the cells from a survivor, and them use them to make a cure?” He volunteered to copy a survivor's immunity and donate some of his cells to help find a vaccine. The doctors and scientists found a vaccine that same month and used it to help people get better. It spread around the world and eventually, a majority of people recovered. As for the villain, his plan still worked to a degree, but also misfired when he caught the virus and could not be saved during the early months of spreading. Control C gained the title

of Earth’s Hero and proved that he could overcome any obstacle.
